Todd Duffley,local singer & songwriter,who hails from the Hall of Fame city, Canton, Ohio,
proudly announces the long awaited debut of his 1st album release,titled "Todd Duffley and Friends".
Todds' love of music and passion for all genres is the driving force behind every song
written by him and artistically displayed through both lyrics and music.
The album has taken 4 years to complete. Todd collaborated with 10 very talented artists,
including well renown drummer, Joe Vitale.
Todd cites his 1st major musical influence being his Uncle Larry Kelly. Larry traveled
around Ohio and surrounding states playing and singing while Todd and his parents followed.
Larry also hosted open house jamborees at his home for family and friends to get together
make music and sing.
This album is dedicated to his Uncle Larry and his parents.May they all R.I.P.
Todds' earliest musical roots began in grade school through junior high choir, and also church.
In 1988 he started recording at Gattusos Music Studio in Canton,Ohio. An audition in 1989
for a Nashville Show,"You Can Be A Star", was landed, but unfortunately, the show was
cancelled before being able to make an appearance.
Continuing to write, record, send out demos, and playing local gigs, by 1991 he had written
and recorded 10 songs.
in 2003, Todd connected once again with Chris Wintrip and recorded a couple new songs at
Camellia Recording Studio in Massillon, Ohio. At this time is when he decided to start an album.
With todays technology, the internet has been a useful tool in promoting his music.
The album has already been rated in the top 10 on the Americana Indie Charts with
5 out of 7 releases being rated No.1. He has also been rated Top 5 singer, and Best Album by fans.
The music is being played from Texas, N.Y., to Canada.
The final product was produced by Jason Rivera of Belden Village Music; co-produced by
Todd himself along with the band "Cool Jets".
This album has been a long time in the making, however, one never knows-there may already
be a second one in the works.
