Biography

Tony Falzano
Tony Falzano is a songwriter who has written pop, country and 
R&B songs. He has composed musicals, jingles and has had a 
cabaret of his songs produced. His music has been used for 
a number of projects; from musical signatures that identify 
businesses to music used for the purpose of 
meditation. His highly regarded composition, "The Fisherman's Net" 
off of his new CD, "In Abba's Arms", is the musical back drop for 
Barbara J. Litterio's "Chakra Meditation", released this past spring.  
 
He has won awards for his work, including honorable mention in the 
Music City Song Festival in Nashville, TN.  
 
In addition, Tony was the Projects Director for The Songwriters Guild 
in Nashville. In that position, he developed courses to educate 
songwriters on the creative and business aspects of the music 
industry. He has also assisted publishers in reviewing potential 
songs for recording artists. 
 
Currently, Tony is an Adjunct Associate Professor in the music 
department at Monroe Community College, Rochester, New York. 
He is the author of "The Lyric-Writing Workbook". This is a 170 
page textbook designed to educate writers in the art of writing 
words to music by having them complete dozens of writing exercises.  
 
A member of ASCAP, Tony is the owner of Monica Street Music, 
a publishing company designed to publish his music.
